If you want a piece of music played slower
or faster, you have to stretch its time; if you want it
played in a higher or lower note, you must change its pitch.
Now please follow this manual to achieve
the two effects you want:
1.
Download
and install MP3 Music Editor software in your PC and double-click
the desktop icon of the program to launch it.
2. Click the button "Open
a new sound file" or press Ctrl+O to import
the musical file
3. You have to select a region
to process. On the point you want to start, left click and
hold the button down and drag the cursor along the the waveform
until you decide the end point.
4. If you want to stretch the
time of the music, on the right top, click the button "Increase
or decrease the speed of selected region"; if you
want to change the pitch, click the button "Change
the pitch".
5. There are some detailed parameters
for you to adjust: in the Stretch Time window,
you can choose the resample rate in percent; in the
Pitch Shift window, you can select the
frequency change rate in percent. There are many presets
for your convenience and also you can add your own preset
to the presets list. When you finish adjusting, click "OK".
